Thanks to all of you I bought a Ragen 3405 today

Yeah i finally am done with all the shopping and Towing Weight questions and countless hrs of ready and looking at rvs. This forum has been a god send to my wife and I and I cant thank everyone enough.
I live in oregon and have found Major rv beat the lowest oregon price i could get by about $12,000. So off to Riverside we go. gonna pick it up on the 3rd of march and head home.
We have one rhino and soon to be 2 quads to load into it and take the family out for some fun.
Again thanks to all for the help

Price for a Ragen toy hauler

What would be a good price for a Ragen Falcon 3405 and 3805?
I have been quoted 54000 for an 08 3405 and have found a 07 online same set up for 38000. I am leaning on a 3805 and have found a 07 online for 39000.
Has anyone bought one of these recently and if so can you share any info on what they are worth or what i should expect to pay for them.
Thanks in advance

F 350 towing a Ragen blackhawk 3605 ok?

I am looking at the floor plans of the bh 3605 and 2nd option would be a 3405.
http://www.rageninc.com/floorplans-blackhawk.html
http://www.rageninc.com/floorplans-falcon.html
These are the floor plans that seem to fit my needs. I like the open garage and the captains chairs and optional tables that go with them and the couch. A center slide out is a must for the room we need and the 2 queen beds in the garage are also a must. Does anyone have any opinions on these models or can anyone offer up a similar floor plan of another make or model? does anyone know what i should honestly pay for the bh 3605.
And lastly I will be towing it with a 97 f350 7.3 Turbo Diesel ordered with the camper and towing packages. does the bh3605 seem like a good fit?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't want to buy one and then be like darn i should have done this different.
thanks in advance

RE: Pulling our toy hauler

I would also look at your tires on both your truck and the trailer. I went down to a lower load range once and never did it again (currently run a load range E). I had a lot of sway from it. You might have underrated tires or under inflated.
just my 2cents

RE: Toy hauler Size

I was thinking the same about the rear end. I have heard the 375 or the 410. I was wondering how bad it would effect the gas millage when I wasn't towing anything. Not a huge deal cuz i don't drive it very far otherwise.

Toy hauler Size

I know im supposed to go through alot of gvw and such to calculate what I can tow but what is the general opinion of people about by tow set up vehicle
1997 f350 7.3l turbo D
load range E tires
355 rear end
I ordered it with the Camper and Tow package when I bought it.
I used to pull a 1988 29' Terry 5th wheel and had no problems at all.
I am looking for a 33-36 ft toy hauler and will be hauling a rhino and 1-2 quads.
Please any help would be greatly appreciated.
